Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Haulier Finder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Haulier Finder is a carrier management platform for freight forwarders. The Service provides tools for managing carrier databases, sending requests for quotation (RFQs), tracking rates, and collaborating within company workspaces.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Microsoft account via Azure AD. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Microsoft account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Ensuring that team members added to your company workspace are authorized.

4. Company Workspaces

The Service operates on a multi-tenant model where each company has an isolated workspace. Data entered into your workspace is accessible only to members of your company. The workspace owner (admin) is responsible for managing membership and company data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other companies or users.
  • Send unsolicited bulk emails or spam through the RFQ email feature.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Haulier Finder. You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your carrier records, rates, or business data.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Email Sending

The Service enables you to send RFQ emails through your Microsoft Outlook account via the Microsoft Graph API. Emails are sent from your own email address, and you are solely responsible for the content and recipients of emails sent through the platform.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export or deletion of your data before or after termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haulier Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Contact

A contact address for questions about these Terms of Service will be published here before Haulier Finder opens to the public.
